The overnight staff was very nice and professional when I came downstairs at 4:00 am in the morning with concerns about my bill and at breakfast the next morning she updated me on how the situation was fixed by her..she's a asset to this company and she should be working at 3:00pm check in time dealing with weary customers after their long trips because she was so pleasant and helpful

Sad to say but poor review.
Sad to say but poor review. No house keeping for the 5 days of my stay. I was not informed of this at checkin nor was it in any of their advertising. I found it out after checking with the desk which told me that were full for request for that day. Sink drain broken for 2 days. Pool like green soup could not see the bottom. Was really looking forward to using it for some exercise. One of the main reasons I chose this Hampton. Definitely not up to my past Hampton experiences

Very easy access near interstates. The breakfast area is large and comfortable and the food and beverages were good with a large variety. Our room was large and very comfortable. Our only problem was the small refrigerator did not cool very good and didn't have a little freezer section. I like to use these so it was not adequate.SusanUnited States of America

I researched hotels in this area and wow, it's sad to hear reviews where hotel cleanliness has apparently gone down the tubes. This hotel, however, is very clean, modern and comfortable. At the time of our stay, it was also quiet which we appreciate. The room was spacious, had good light (great window shades) and gotta love a clean, modern bathroom. Pet-friendly too! Plenty of space for our beagle to take walks near grass (there is a park nearby, too).
